Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, cleaning vegetables, etc.)
Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment
Keep the kitchen area clean and hygienic at all times
Help in storing food items properly
Dispose of kitchen waste as per guidelines
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support kitchen staff during peak hours
Perform any other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen work preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good physical stamina
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in restaurant/hotel/catering kitchen is an advantage
Candidates from nearby areas will be preferred.
