Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Commi 3 / Kitchen Helper to assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, cleaning, and support tasks. This role is ideal for entry-level staff eager to learn kitchen operations and grow in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients. Support chefs and commis in daily cooking and plating tasks. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen tools, and equipment. Follow instructions from senior chefs and supervisors efficiently. Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

No prior experience required (preferred 0-1 year in a kitchen or hospitality role). Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Willingness to learn cooking and kitchen operations. Good teamwork and communication skills. Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
