Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping) for daily meals
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
Support cooks during peak hours with basic tasks like plating and garnishing
Occasionally assist with packing take-out orders or serving food
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies
Worked in Chinese or North Indian restaurant
