Support kitchen operations & staff
-- assist cooks/chefs during busy hours; help with prep or simple cooking tasks; handle basic tasks that free up chefs so the kitchen runs efficiently.
Maintain hygiene and safety compliance
-- follow food safety, health and sanitation regulations (e.g. correct storage, proper cleaning, safe handling of equipment) to ensure kitchen hygiene.
