Key Responsibilities / Daily Tasks

Food preparation assistance

-- chopping, peeling, cutting vegetables/fruits; portioning ingredients; preparing sauces or basic items; assisting chefs with basic
cooking or prep work under supervision.

Order assembly & packaging

-- packing ready food, preparing containers, checking packaging materials (boxes, bags, labels), arranging orders for dispatch/delivery.

Cleaning & sanitation

-- cleaning kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, cookware; washing dishes; cleaning floors, walls, surfaces; disposing waste properly; ensuring hygiene and food-safety standards.

Inventory & supplies management

-- receiving and organizing ingredients and kitchen supplies; storing perishable and non-perishable items properly; monitoring stock levels and informing supervisor when supplies need replenishment.

Support kitchen operations & staff

-- assist cooks/chefs during busy hours; help with prep or simple cooking tasks; handle basic tasks that free up chefs so the kitchen runs efficiently.

Maintain hygiene and safety compliance

-- follow food safety, health and sanitation regulations (e.g. correct storage, proper cleaning, safe handling of equipment) to ensure kitchen hygiene.

Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
