Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients as per hygiene standards.
Collect and dispose of kitchen waste safely and efficiently.
Wash, clean, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking tools.
Assist in unloading and organizing kitchen supplies and inventory.
Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Support kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef / Supervisor.
