Ecolab Digital Center Bangalore is seeking a Kinaxis RR Developer to be part of the Product implementation team for Advance Planning Solution. In this role you will work with architecture, business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build and configure applications to meet application requirements, business objectives and project goals.What\xe2\x80\x99s in it For You:

What You Will Do:

• Participate in deep-dive business requirements discovery and design sessions to develop integrations in Kinaxis RapidResponse\xc2\xae integration tool.
• Perform integration configuration - mapping, loading, transforming and validating data.
• Support data management and integration related activities including validation and testing of the solution.
• Mentor and coach Product development and support team.
• Work as a senior member of the support critical functions post-production deployment.
• Incident Management -Error Monitoring and Triage (internally and externally).
• Standard Service Management -Security administration -Application Configuration (WH, users, location, etc.).
• Operational Activity Management -Performance Monitoring, Monitoring of Database Connectivity Issues, Data Reprocessing
• Knowledge Management, User training and functional support \xe2\x80\x93 on user errors to fix the process. Knowledge documentation (KBAs)
• Work with Kinaxis teams on handling crucial incidents that impacts Rapid Response production system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT, or related discipline.
• 5- 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, demand management industry role and/or business software development/consulting role.
• 4+ years hands on coding role developing solutions, configuration, testing and development within RapidResponse\xc2\xae for enterprise organizations.
• Led and participated in analyzing and transforming to application requirements Performing fit-gap analysis, Leading functional design approval process.
• Experience working in development teams to test and deliver the solution.
• Working experience with onsite and offshore delivery model environment.
• Good background in Supply Chain engineering concepts and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, etc.
• Work well in a team environment and have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.
• Experience with Kinaxis Advanced Planning tools
• Experience implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Experience with deep functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer and documentation
• Must have worked on at least 2 Kinaxis supply chain planning implementations in large and complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems and Supply Chain industry. Must be trained in SAP/Kinaxis RapidResponse\xc2\xae integration platform.
• Technical skills such as SQL, R, Java Script, Python, Visual Basic .NET, HTML, XML, and RapidResponse\xc2\xae (RR). etc.
• Database development and understanding of RR data module and process for data import and export capabilities/interfaces with RR external systems (MS-SQL or equivalent background)
• Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP, JDA, etc.
• At least handled 2 prior implementation projects / support on Kinaxis RapidResponse\xc2\xae APS.
• Good to have Kinaxis Integration Consultant level 1 certification
• Good to have RapidResponse Author level 1 or level 2 certification
• Good background in Supply Chain engineering concepts and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, etc.
• Query and report development expertise
• Ability to mesh business requirements and system capabilities to drive improvements.
• Ability to triage issue with other teams like SAP HANA, Informatica, MuleSoft, Network, etc.
• Experience working and managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
• Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
