The Team

Deloitte's Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) practice focuses on delivering practical, strategy-driven value through advisory services that optimize, reinvent, and improve the supply chain from end to end - design, plan, source, make, and deliver. We tackle organizations' most complex issues by drawing on global capabilities that span all areas of business strategy and operations and industries. The focus therefore is on providing holistic offerings to address client business issues and engaging with them in deploying high impact delivery models that support their overarching business strategy.

Prime responsibilities as a (Analyst/Consultant)

The primary role of a (Analyst/Consultant) is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

Understand market and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities. Significant time would be spent on market development activities

To do this, (Analyst/Consultant) must perform the following activities:

Developer Roles: (Analyst/Consultant)

• 1-2 years of Hands-on experience in Development/Configuration/Integration activities in Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Experience in User Administration activities
• Experience in Data Administration activities
• Should be able to manage work flows and data flow throughout the applications
• Experience working on support project or implementation projects
• Certifications: Kinaxis Author Level 1

Solution Architect/Senior Developer Roles (SC/M)

• 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapidresponse (at least 1-2 Full Implementation Cycle or Extensive experience managing support/enhancements)
• Deep technical understanding of the solution, work flows, data flows
• Deep functional experience in supply chain processes (S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning)
• Experience in overall solution design in Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Experience working with business stakeholders for understanding and translation requirements to design
• Managing and mentoring junior developers, executing quality reviews of developed functionality
• Certifications: Kinaxis Author Level 2, Solution Consultant 1
