Responsibilities



Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the healthcare sector. Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion of services. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings. Prepare and present regular performance reports and account reviews to clients and internal stakeholders. Develop strategic account plans that align with overall business objectives and client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree -

Mandatory

Background in

international sales, account management, or client-facing roles

(US market preferred). Strong experience in managing international clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of healthcare or home health operations is an advantage. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Willing to work in regular night shifts

(10:30PM to 7:30AM)

from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum. Immediate joiners from Trivandrum or near by locations who can join immediately or within 30days will be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
