Job Description


Managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Role will be vital in ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and strengthening our position in the market. Responsibilities: Key Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients and build strong, long-term relationships with them.
  • Understand clients\' specific logistics requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Regularly engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and work towards increasing revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategic plans for customer retention and growth.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and contract negotiations.
Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality:
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure that client inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Provide timely updates and information to clients about their shipments and logistics activities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key account performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare regular reports for management summarizing key account activities, performance, and growth potential.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to prioritize key account shipments and resolve any operational challenges.
Market and Industry Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to proactively identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9450,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9540,000.00 per year Benefits:
