KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Gurgaon KONE India, as Key Account Manager.

What are we looking for?

• Single point contact for specific major accounts for branch.
• Develop & ensure holistic relation building through account planning with customer & related stakeholders (architect, consultant, contractor etc.)

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for customer support during complete cycle, but not limited to
• Project planning, traffic calculations, energy calculations coordinating with Customer Solutions and sales team.
• Pivoting KONE specs in line with above.
• Supporting Sales engineers for finalizing commercials with accounts in line to agreed specifications.
• Ensuring customer relationship management through complete life cycle - sales, installation, service & Modernization.
• Promote & ensure increased KONE brand mindshare.

Are you the one?

• Min 8+ yrs of experience in Key Accounts -Sales with BE or MBA.
