Responsibilities:
To acquire & service Govt. clients such as Municipal Corporations, State Governments Departments, Govt. Boards, Development Authorities, Autonomous Bodies, Government Universities, Gram Panchayats, etc.
To add incremental CASA & cross-sell products & services like Term Deposits, CMS, Fees Collection, Digital solutions, etc. KAM is expected to achieve the monthly & annual targets.
Develop & maintain client relationships of senior bureaucrats. Act as a key point of contact for clients in assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities & potential clients. Provide excellent customer Service & ensure client satisfaction.
Visit clients regularly in the assigned territories, organize & attend client meetings, Product presentations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions & drive respective sales performance.
Work closely with the Branch Banking for ensuring efficient service to clients
Qualifications:
Proven sales acumen and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and systems.
Knowledge of PFMS/SNA/CNA and government schemes is an added advantage.
Existing network with Government officials is an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of CMS products.
Understanding of P&L and business metrics.
MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred.
