Key Account Manager/Head - B2B2C

Vertical - Coliving & Coworking

Head KAM will be responsible for acquisition, business development and relationship management in coliving / coworking vertical. KAM will carry the responsibility of entire account life cycle management including account acquisition, wallet share, new product / projects penetration, account level revenue enhancement, account engagement, collection and marketshare for managed services across named enterprise accounts. head KAM is expected to be able to establish and nurture profitable relationships across various heirarchy levels mapped for named customer accounts, from CXOs to woeking managers level.

KAM will also have responsibility of being the vertical subject matter expert and be the local account connect for customers across segments having headquarters in the location where the position is based.

Financial ((For e.g. Annual budget, Sales Turnover etc.):

1. Achieve the annual revenue targets for MS product lines and acquiring additional KAM accounts across segments

2. Achieving budgeted revenue & sales target for MS in existing KAM customer base & new sales from existing accounts

3. Achieving targeted RGU and Average revenue per RGU (as per the target for respective product / customer segment)

1. Multi Product Penetration and share of total business across the allocated Key Accounts through team.

2. Developing funnel and engagement for targeted accounts across industry verticals through team.

3. Being the subject matter expert (SME) for specific segment (based on past experience)

4. Leading governance & support management across Key Accounts for enahcing customer NPS & revenue through collaboration across functions / partners

- Mapping the potential accounts and creating business development / sales plan for Large & Medium enterprise accounts for specific vertical and geographies across India

- Acquiring new accounts within the targeted vertical or from any targeted account across any geographic location

- Engaging with key accounts across the heirarcy levels to be the preferred partner

- Collaborating & Aligning with other other account managers for sales of managed service to existing customers and new account acquisition for specific Vertical

- Achieving the KAM sales & revenue growth objective across product & specific business vertical segments across India and build sustainable leadership in respective markets and vertical segment

- Acquisition of accounts and revenue from specific indistry segments (Co-working space, Hospitality, Coop banks & FI\'s and retail chains)

- Responsible for customer management (repeat sales, cross sales, collection, contract period and contract adherence) for key accounts

- Responsible to achieve NPS and customer satisfaction for key accounts
