Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Achieve individual and team sales targets- Identify and convert new high-potential accounts to support overall business growth- Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities- Guide and mentor a small sales team; delegate responsibilities effectively to meet team goals- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies accordingly- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, funnel reports, and market intelligence- Drive daily activities including lead generation, client meetings/demos, and pipeline - development- Monitor collections, account health, and take proactive steps to reduce receivable aging- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution- Track competitor activity and market shifts to inform strategic decisions and product positioningIdeal Candidate Profile:- 6-9 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, including account acquisition and relationship management- Experience leading or mentoring a small team- Engineering background preferred for analytical and structured thinking- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools- Target-driven, self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities (ref:updazz.com)
