End-to-End Customer Solutions:

Ensure complete responsibility for providing end- to-end solutions to meet customer satisfaction, addressing operational issues, resolving problems, ensuring timely receipt of payments, and driving revenue growth.

Account Management:

Manage and nurture key accounts in the Pharma and Frozen Food sectors, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

?

Business Development:

Identify new opportunities for business growth and work to expand our presence in these industries with the same customers or references received from customers.

?

Customer-Centric Solutions:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored container storage solutions that align with their business goals.

?

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.

?

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts to secure deals and foster long-term partnerships.

?

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.

?

Referral Marketing:

To be able to take references from existing customers for growth in business from the similar industry.
u Industry Connections: Established relationships with key decision-makers in Pharma and Frozen Food companies, including Engineering, Purchase, Warehousing, Plant Management, and Supply Chain.

u Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

u Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cold chain products and services and storage solutions.

u Results-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

u Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
