Position Overview:
Manage and grow a key long-standing client account
Act as a strategic partner to the client while driving revenue growth
Handle demanding stakeholders with a calm, solution-oriented approach
Ensure sustained customer satisfaction and relationship strength
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the single point of contact for assigned key account
Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders
Proactively address client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels
Account Strategy & Growth:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account
Drive account growth and increase overall business volume
Develop and execute account strategies aligned to revenue targets
Conduct regular performance and review meetings with clients.
Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:
Resolve client issues professionally and within defined timelines
Handle complex or impractical client requests tactfully
Maintain composure and trust during high-pressure situations
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Design, and other teams
Ensure timely delivery and quality output as per client expectations
Align all internal stakeholders through effective communication
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor account performance, sales growth, and new developments
Track issues and ensure timely closure
Analyze client feedback to drive service and process improvements
Autonomous Working:
Independently manage day-to-day account operations
Take ownership of client deliverables and business outcomes
Drive growth with minimal supervision
Authority & Decision Making:
Approve pricing and discounts within defined limits
Approve customer orders as per company policy
Escalate critical issues to senior management when required
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
MBA preferred
Required Skill Set:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen with revenue-focused mindset
Confident, resilient, and independent working style
Proven experience managing demanding clients and complex accounts
