Desired Competencies:

Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints. To ensure that the key clients are satisfied with the services provided. Planning work schedules for individuals and teams. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing. customized solutions. To prepare logs to ensure compliance with health and food service regulations. Dealing with customer complaints and supervise business priorities.
Desired Profiles:

More than 6-7 years of experience in Hotel Industry Excellent Communication. Proven experience in key account management. The ability to build rapport with key clients. The ability to manage customers and business priorities. Experience especially in the hospitality/aviation/hotels industry Urgent joiners are preferred
