Job Description


Client co-ordination: Managing new and existing client accounts. Responsible for making new pitches and strategies for potential new clients. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings. Build strong, long-term client relationships and be a first point of contact for client questions and requests. Internal team co-ordination: Coordinate with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests. Understanding the client\'s business and requirements and briefing the same to the internal team Get creative, engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc) from the creative team. Strategy: Work with clients to create a digital media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients\' industries. Performance Reporting: Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities. Monitoring budgets, spending and revenue, and explaining cost factors to clients are also part of the profile. Manage the team and mentoring them as and when necessary. Generate accurate and timely reports on the status of all accounts Follow up with the clients for timely payments. Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
