Strategic Account Growth
? Identify opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling of SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Automation services.
? Own account P&L and revenue targets for top enterprise accounts.

Business & Delivery Oversight
? Work with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) to ensure world-class execution.
? Oversee delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns drive ROI and align with client objectives.

Leadership & Mentorship
? Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of client-first thinking.
? Provide mentorship and guidance to build client servicing excellence.

Insights & Advisory
? Analyze industry trends, competitors, and performance data to present actionable insights.
? Consult clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
? 12-16 years of experience in
digital marketing, advertising, or consulting firms
, handling enterprise-level accounts.
? Proven track record of
managing multi-million INR accounts
and achieving revenue growth.
? Strong understanding of
SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics
