Roles & Responsibilities- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.- Planning an event/webinar calendar in alignment with business goals and take complete ownership in promoting these events across various channels.- Responsible for building relationships and coordinating with industry leaders for taking part as speakers in these events or webinar.- Manage content and overall production of videos that\'ll go on various platforms.- Well-versed with marketing measurement tools and its usage to draw key insights to optimize performance.- Comfortable with a complete work from office setup based out of our office in Gurgaon.- Drive and ensure consistent community engagements through planned activities for our learners.Requirements:- Must have 2-4 years of experience.- Management graduate from a reputed school.- Extremely comfortable in a young fast-paced, high-growth startup environment- Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.- Must have immaculate communication skills - writing, storytelling, editing, and presentation skills.- Sound knowledge of all social media platforms.- Content building should be a fortePerks and Benefits- Performance driven work environment.- Opportunity to work with young & extremely ambitious peers.- Fast career progression.
