Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Technical Documentation Writer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create clear and concise documentation that supports our users and enhances their experience with our products
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and maintenance of user manuals, technical documentation, and online help resources
Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy and clarity
Participate in document reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Utilize various tools and software to format and present documentation professionally
Document new features and updates in real-time to ensure user resources remain current
Support the development of internal documentation for processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum experience of 2 Years
Preferred from Financial / Banking industry
Familiarity with technical writing tools and methodologies
Experience with software documentation or similar projects
Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
