Job Summary
Smart, responsible engineer who will manage product installations at client sites. Should be customer-centric and solve any issues related to installation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Good practical knowledge on networking and interest in learning new technologies
- Experience with computer assembly and WiFi network setup.
- Familiar with commonly used software
- Have a strong sense of customer service and be familiar with the after-sales maintenance process of IT products
- Valid driving license
- Inspect and manage customer site for new installations
- Give demos for proper usage of the product to customer
- Handle after sales customer issues and give timely feedback to company.
