About the Role: Junior Technical Specialist O365
Hydro is seeking for Junior technical O365 specialists that are fully capable of handling O365 toolkit. In particular, Handle requests, incidents, changes, and problem processes for the platform (3rd level support). Purpose of a O365 Professional: A Junior Technical specialist O365 will work closely together with Digital collab team (O365) in Europe and users globally, and handle integration between Office 365 and other infrastructure applications and IT services in Hydro Locations Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests, incidents, changes, and problem processes for the platform (3rd level support)
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital collab team (O365) in Europe and users globally
  • Handle integration between Office 365 and other infrastructure applications and IT services in Hydro
  • Proactively evaluate, test and verify new features based on business relevance
  • Create and maintain solution documentation
  • Experience with Exchange and licensing
  • Experience with ServiceNow

Requirements: Work Experience: O365 (minimum of 1-3 years) Education: BE/B.Tech. or relevant Functional Knowledge: IT background and experience with (help) desk activities Technical Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of SharePoint’s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usage of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
  • Design, develop and maintain SharePoint sites and hubs.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint webparts, Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams out-of-the-box applications and how custom applications can be embedded in Teams
  • Implement SharePoint-based workflows and business intelligence dashboards
  • Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts
  • Capable of developing at least “simple code” in JSON, Java and Visual Basic. Knowledge of .NET is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Power BI
Language: Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory Location: Jaipur Personality:

  • A proactive attitude and able to work individually (on tickets and small change requests) and able to work in a team on bigger changes/ small projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result oriented, customer focused, energetic
Pre’s:
  • Development skills (no programmer) but able to read and change code if asked to.
  • Nice to have knowledge and experience with ITIL, Prince2, Agile and Scrum.
  • Nice to have experience in Pardot.
