Junior System Engineer
Job Description
1-3 IT experience, with proven technical support experience in IT Asset Management and Desktop Support. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Experience in Installation and configuring applications in Windows, linux and OSX systems. Should have good hand on experience on troubleshooting windows,linux,OSX systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems. Administer laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches. Monitor networks to ensure security. Evaluate and modify the systems performance. Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP Hands-on experience on OS Patching, OS upgrade, and device driver upgrade. Proficient in troubleshooting Internet, Intranet, VPN (Virtual Private network), MS Outlook and other Office utilities Handling ticket assignment to the team & work load distribution to the team. Must have knowledge in command line interface. Good communication skills
