Job Description
We are looking for an Junior System Admin who is ready to join our growing team and assist in : test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all problems. Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems. Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware and servers.
- Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac system
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.
- Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
- Maintaining networks and network file systems.
- Any fresher with knowledge of system support is welcomed.
- Should have a learning attitude.
