Junior Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation. Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and cost control. Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours. Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.

Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hospitality background preferred). Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
