Junior Software Developer Trainer- Electronic city

Sl. No. Description 1 Evaluating the technical background of the students before starting actual training process using effective, presentation and communication skill while delivering a subject 2 Conducting Training Sessions scheduled for the batches, preparing training aids such as PPT, notes and taking feedback from the students and adapting the changes accordingly 3 Ensuring all batches are effectively managed through Rooman ERP, with respect to students attendance management, module tests 4 Assisting management in timely Installment Collections 5 Maintaining the asset and lab equipment's - Hardware and Software which is assigned to them 6 Preparing the students for final assessment(both online and viva) 7 Conducting periodic Placement activities in terms of mock interviews, written test, and evaluation 8 Generating daily/weekly/monthly activity reports 9 Conducting Technical round of counseling for the enquiries in respective domain and guiding them in career path 10 Conducting periodic Technical seminars and workshops both on campus as well as off campus 11 Conducting technical round of interviews to applicants (both telephonic and f2f) applicable only to trainers with 2+ years of experience 12 Conducting training the trainer program for fresher's and new joinees f2f- applicable only to trainers with 2+ years of experience SKILLS REQUIRED Sl. No. Description 1 Demonstrate basic computer and internet literacy including operating a computer, describing its major components and how they work, using Windows and Linux OS, operating a browser, and internet search 2 Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies 3 Preparation of reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software 4 Participation during peer-reviews of solution designs and related code 5 Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications 6 Design algorithms to solve problems and convert them into code using the appropriate programming language constructs and provide knowledge of the foundational mathematical concepts in computing 7 Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget 8 Writing status reports of software under development 9 Assisting the Development Manager with all aspects of software design and coding 11 Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications 12 Working on minor bug fixes 13 Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems 14 Training may be via formal or informal settings including classroom training, presentations, demonstrations, one-on-one assistance and providing hotline assistance and assisting with modifications or customization of existing training materials 15 Knowledge of basic coding languages including C++, HTML5, and JavaScript 16 Basic programming experience in front-end or back-end software development for UNIX or LINUX 17 Solid understanding of relational database design, querying concepts, and object oriented programming concepts and Java concepts. 18 Familiarity with version control concepts and problem solving and software development process 19 Knowledge and understanding on Computer Networking
