Job Summary: The school front desk plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and welcoming operation of the school\'s front office. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area. Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining student records and attendance data.
Distribute and collect forms, documents, and communication materials as needed.
Help with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as directed by school administration. Communication: Act as a point of contact for general inquiries and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
