If you would like some flexibility then please discuss this with the hiring manager. Introduction: The ServiceNow Developer is responsible to design and develop/implement ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical & architectural guidance to high performing peers . This role will work with the Systems and Service Management leadership, IT service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the bank to a high quality. Build technical solutions based on user stories & requirements Deliver solutions using Agile software development processes Understand the current \'as is processes\' and deliver toolset changes as required Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes Take care of end to end development activities for a specific enhancement, defect fixes or project as an individual contributor Work closely with BA\'s, Architects, Testing team, Support and process teams Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects What we\'re looking for: Technical Knowledge: Good ITIL, ITSM & ITOM processes Hands on development experience with ServiceNow Provide software coding and customization Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. Exposure to the follow key modules in ServiceNow is required: Incident/Problem/Change CMDB, Asset Orchestration (Preferable, not essential) Knowledge Service (Request) Catalog Demonstrable experience in following Technical concepts of ServiceNow is MUST Expert in JavaScript Hands on serviceNow development Flow/ workflow Configuration Working knowledge on integrations Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) Skills that will help you in the role: Working experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Preferable, not essential ) Ability to interface and develop with Java/J2EE backend technologies Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3) The following Certifications are an added advantage.
