Key Responsibilities: Sourcing resumes through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications Short listing the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications. Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations Looking after Induction, Joining and Exit formalities Employee Engagement Desired Skills & Responsibilities: Should have experience in End to End Recruitment Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude. Experience working on HR Generalist profile would be an added advantage. Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Possess a proficiency in social media, Network recruiting. Should possess excellent communication skill
