Headhunting and Boolean search experience is highly desired but not essential, and someone who can think outside the box with a very proactive attitude can earn excellent commissions on top of their basic salary.Experience required for the Recruitment Consultant

• Head hunting experience is desired
• 6 months minimum recruitment experience would be ideal
• Must be enteric and hungry for success
• Proven sales acumen
• Internet, Google and IT savy
• Able to manage time and deadline
• Use initiative and think 'outside the box
• Persuasive, persistent and patient
• I.T. literate
• Able to cope well under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable with a mature personality
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Committed to professionalism.
