In this hybrid role, you will primarily contribute to software quality assurance through manual and automation testing, while assisting the onboarding team to ensure new customer accounts are configured accurately and smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance
Execute manual test cases to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Document clear, concise, and reproducible bug reports.
Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to identify, verify, and troubleshoot defects.
Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing for web and mobile applications.
Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and identifying test scenarios.
Contribute to improving test automation frameworks and QA processes.
Account Onboarding
Support the onboarding team in creating and validating new customer accounts.
Verify user roles, permissions, and access levels as part of the onboarding steps.
Perform QA checks on onboarding workflows and ensure configurations are error-free.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding-related issues.
Document onboarding steps, edge cases, and quality checkpoints.
Provide suggestions to improve onboarding workflows and overall user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of QA fundamentals: test cases, bug life cycle, SDLC/STLC.
Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, WebDriverIO).
Exposure to any programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication skills -- both written and verbal -- are very important.
High attention to detail and a passion for learning.
Nice to Have
Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git.
Internship, coursework, or personal projects involving test automation.
ISTQB or similar QA certification (optional).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior exposure to customer onboarding or account setup processes.
