Production Engineer (Mechanical) About Innotec Powersys Pvt. Ltd.Innotec Powersys is a MNC focusing on electric vehicle and hybrid equipment including brushless DC motors, hybrid alternators and controls. We are acknowledged by the business community as operating on the leading edge in identifying and implementing new technologies in the electric vehicle market. We primarily serve the export market in North America and Europe. The India office is headquartered in Faridabad, India. The selected candidate will be an out-going, self-starter with a mechanical engineering Diploma or BTech degree. He or She will manage production and prototyping of electric motors and alternators as well as assist in the mechanical design of new machines. The candidate will be groomed to grow with the company. Daily responsibilities will revolve around manpower management, quality control, incoming and outgoing mechanical inspections, and testing. The position is best suited for someone who wants to take ownership, is self motivated, inquisitive and a team player.Desired Candidate Profile1 - 3 years of experienceExcellent organizational skillsAbility to read mechanical drawings, operate verniers and calipers.Willingness to learn and get hands on with the manufacturing processes.Take responsibility for tight manufacturing deadlines.Great time management, oral and written communication skillsExcellent English written /verbal communication skillsExcellent research skills via the internetThe majority of the role will be spent on the shop floor and dealing with vendors.Responsibilities Include:Maintain inventory of all materials required for manufacturingQuality control - Physically inspect the unitsProduction managementNegotiate with vendors on incoming materialsPlan for timely execution of prototyping and production runsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?10,276.00 - ?26,000.00 per monthSchedule:
