We\'re looking for a Junior Product Owner within our Investment Bank Business Risk Management (BRM) team to:

• work alongside the IB BRM product owners in executing their overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results)
• working closely with the technical teams in one of our agile pods in the IB BRM Crew
• understand the needs of an Investment Bank and its stakeholders, support the BRM product owners to act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
• help deliver impactful change to our clients through the delivery of enhancements to our Supervisory Controls Portal (SCP), Trading Mandates, Off-Premises Trading, Chat Portal and Client Complaints applications while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
• help support all of our pods through strong collaboration and knowledge sharing
• mitigate impediments to the team\'s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod\'s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You\'ll be working in the Market Regs Stream team in Pune focusing on the delivery of the IB Business Risk Management mandate (BRM Crew). You will be working alongside your BRM Crew Technical team, thus allowing for great collaboration and true agile working.

Your expertise

• working in agile environments or a business analyst with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
• delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry
• ideally, proficiency in use of Alteryx, PowerBI, Python or other automation tools
• setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
