:
Plan, Control, Coordinate, and Monitor all Mechanical maintenance activities to utilize the resources in the most optimum manner to achieve organizational targets with respect to availability of Caster/CRM/ Roll Grinder/ Finishing Lines/ Foil Mills and associated equipment including Utilities as per target within in the P & B. Job Challenges:

• To run the Caster, Furnaces, Cold Mill, Slitters, CTL, Foil Mills and associated equipment with an aim to optimize Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation & Productivity with minimum break down and with complete multi-skilled/ autonomous environment.
• To optimize the OEE, MTTR, MTBF & other maintenance parameters as per plan..
• To reduce the Repairs and maintenance costs
• Development of Spares including indigenization of Imported spares
• Up gradation of the equipment/ Sub-equiment as per CAPEX plan.
• Identifying the non moving items in stores to reduce inventory
• Monitor and ensure Safety & Environmental standards in activities at the machine centers
• To create an environment of multi-skilling and training of new ITI trainees
• To implement ERP related to Maintenance Management System.
