Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Support daily HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Help in recruitment activities - job posting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy. Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities. Support performance review and training coordination processes. Handle basic employee queries and assist in maintaining a positive work culture. Prepare HR-related reports and assist in data entry or HRMS updates.

Key Skills & Expertise:



Basic understanding of HR functions like recruitment, attendance, payroll, and compliance. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks. Eager to learn and grow within the HR field. Comfortable working with MS Office and HR software tools. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
