• Discover exciting sales opportunities in the international market without the pressure of strict targets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to contribute to revenue growth and build a solid customer base.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with international clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Quotation Management:

• Master the art of preparing accurate and competitive quotations for potential export orders.
• Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow up for feedback in a supportive environment.

Order Coordination:

• Facilitate the smooth execution of export orders, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
• Coordinate seamlessly with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Documentation Mastery:

• Develop proficiency in handling export documentation processes with precision and adherence to international trade regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in export-import laws and procedures with the support of our experienced team.

Trade Finance Assistance:

• Provide support in trade finance activities, gaining valuable insights into LCs, bank guarantees, and collections.
• Learn and grow alongside industry experts in a nurturing environment.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Showcase your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues with finesse.

Continuous Learning:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of export documentation, international trade practices, and trade finance principles.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and related software.
• Certification from recognized export-related institutions is a plus.

Location: Ahmedabad Working Hours: Monday to saturday , 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (First Saturday of every month and last Saturday of every month will be a holiday).
