Job Summary Job Role :
To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.
- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the companys strategies to enhance the stores profit.
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits Malabar Promises and product details to ensure customer delight in each sale.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
- Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
- Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
- Assist in BTL marketing.
Skills Required :
- Ability to sell
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
Education: Any Graduate
