Job Description
Mandatory
Qualification - BE ECE and BE Mech with min 4-6 years of Experience in Purchase
Should have sound knowledge in procurement of Electronics components, Wire Harness / Sheet Metal, Injection moulded & FRP parts
Knowledge of Part estimation and costing
Should have thorough knowledge on Chennai based suppliers for EMS Line, Sheet Metal & Plastic Injection moulding parts
Knowledge on Powder coating and welding process will be added advantage
knowledge of handling Import Procurement and logistics activities
Proactive Planning
Maintain good business relationship with external suppliers
Releasing Monthly & Quarterly Rolling Forecast to Suppliers
Parts Follow-up and coordinate with Quality dept
Vendor Accounts reconciliation
Job Purpose:
To perform purchase activities in a manufacturing industry
