1. HRBP intern / junior consultant to support the employee engagement activities across the business account / unit. Provides support to HR Business partner(s) and People champion of the unit to carry out employee engagement activities including but not limited to :
a. One-o-one connects with the employees on call / face to face
b. Recording and analysing the observations
c. Sharing the MIS with the relevant stakeholders and following up for the closures
d. Planning & Conducting team building events
e. 0-1 years exp , Bcom, BBA, MBA
2. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
3. Hands on with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Office)
4. Creative thinking ability, proactive attitude and drive for results
5. Flair for planning, managing and conducting all events related to employee engagement
6. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
