Consult business owner in digitial project scoping and opportunity identification. Design business case to capture business needs and technical solution roadmap. Own project set-up and ensure implementation in an agile software development environment, translate requirements into technical solutions and build and implement automated solutions through hyperautomation technologies, and across business and service units in Clariant.

What will you be doing?

1: Design, Development & Testing

Atleast 2 years of Experience in Automation Development using UiPath, Uipath Orchestrator. Total Experience 2-5 Years.

Develop automation solutions using hyperautomation technologies such as RPA, machine-learning, OCR, APIs, etc.

Development of Intelligent document processing solutions using OCR and ML-based extractors.

Ensure code reviews and unit testing are performed for adherence to the design requirements and document test results.

Work collaboratively with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements

Drive best practices throughout software development process that will improve overall software reliability while minimizing overhead on development efforts

Own test scripts and carry out end-to-end testing for developed code.

Analyze the data integration and data transfer between various parts of an application across applications at UI level.

Knowledge Transfer and handover of Robots to the support team and Interface with the support team for smooth production runs

2: Automation Support

Monitor and Support Existing Automations

Monitor and Support Automation Infrastructure

Work on Bug Fixing and Change Requests.

What do we expect?

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Business experience:

2-5 years of experience in providing development, support, and maintenance, etc.

2 years of hands-on development experience in any of the following tools - UIPath (Mandatory), Blue Prism , OpenSpan, Automation Anywhere.

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and expereince in dealing with cross-country stakeholders

Deep experience designing and implementing hyperauotmation solutions across full life-cycle, at least 2-3 full projects completed and in production

Good analytical skills to improvise configuration/scripting to match new situations.
