Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all civil construction activities related to transmission lines and substations, including buildings, roads, and switchyard structures. Study and interpret civil & structural drawings, layout plans, and ensure proper execution at the site. Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), material take-offs, and quantity estimations. Coordinate with structural engineers, electrical teams, and vendors for smooth project execution. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for workforce and resource deployment. Monitor contractor work and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards. Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site logs, and ensure documentation compliance. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and environmental guidelines on-site. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for inspections and handovers. Address and resolve any technical or on-site issues promptly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
