Job Description
- Relevant experience in study consultation service and end to end student counseling. - Qualification - Graduation or Post Graduation. - Set clear goals and to drive business results, ability to handle work pressure and deliver sales results. - Maturity to handle and train other team members - Be good in MS Excel, analytics/numbers and metrics, and also efficiency in lead management/ lead follow ups - Self-motivated to perform at your best with minimal intervention from seniors. - Strong subject matter knowledge from university shortlisting ,understanding student\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and efficiency in sales closures - Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Ability to adapt to an online counseling process and work in target oriented environment. - Build excellent working relationship with students and universities Job Type: Full-time Salary: 918,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
