we are looking for a

Junior Architect

with strong drafting and documetation experience to support our designs and execution teams. The candidate should have prior experience as a Draftsman, with excellent documentation and data management skills, capable of preparing accurate drawings and mainataining organized project records.

Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs lay out and detailed working for various projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documents. Conduct site visits and gather necessary data to support project planning and execution. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and deliverables. Review and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations. work on Material boards, specification sheets,and assist in tender docuemntation when required.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.ARCH/Diploma) or related field. 3-6 years of experience in architectural design or related fields. Strong portfolio showcasing design work and technical skills. Familiarity with building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

AutoCAD Revit SketchUp photoshop Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office 3D modeling Construction documentation Project management basics Problem-solving Knowledge of local buildings bye - laws and statutory requirements. Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings and site coordination. Residential / Commercial building, high-Rise building
