Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Support the HR and finance departments in administrative tasks such as employee documentation, expense processing, etc.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlord regarding office infrastructure.
Organize and support company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
