Responsibilities
Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally and Zoho Books
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and payments
Manage and account for petty cash with proper documentation and reporting
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, and journal entries
Support the finance team during audits and internal checks
Maintain up-to-date records of bills, receipts, and bank statements
Track vendor payments and ensure timely settlements
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Zoho Books
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred- Experience handling petty cash and basic cash flow reporting
Preferred- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance is an added advantage
