Posting and processing journal entries to record all business transactions (e.g., sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
Maintaining and updating the general ledger.
Managing accounts payable (tracking bills, processing invoices, preparing vendor payments) and accounts receivable (issuing invoices, tracking payments from customers).
Performing bank reconciliations to ensure bank statements match company records.
Handling petty cash and preparing related documentation.
Financial Reporting and Analysis (under supervision):
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements (profit and loss), and cash flow statements.
Compiling weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
Reviewing and updating financial data in databases.
Compliance and Support:
Assisting senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Participating in the review of expenses, payroll records, and other financial data.
Supporting audit preparations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
