We are seeking a detail-oriented
Junior Account Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our interior design projects. The role involves handling invoices, payments, GST records, and coordinating with purchase and site teams. The candidate must be comfortable working on our
company CRM and accounting software
to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses, receipts)
Verify vendor bills and purchase invoices
Prepare and issue client invoices as per project stages
Record client and vendor payments accurately
Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance work
Perform bank reconciliation and expense tracking
Update all financial records in the
company CRM / accounting system
Coordinate with Purchase Executive and site teams for bill verification
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and payment records
Support senior accounts team and CA during audits
Requirements
B.Com or relevant accounting qualification
1-3 years of experience in accounts (interior/construction industry preferred)
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books or similar software
Comfortable using CRM-based systems
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
