Prepare and serve fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, shakes, and basic mocktails.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter, equipment, and utensils.
Monitor stock levels of fruits, ice, disposables, and other ingredients; report requirements to the supervisor.
Wash, cut, and store fruits and vegetables following food safety standards.
Assist in creating new beverage recipes and seasonal menu items.
Follow FIFO/expiry control and maintain proper storage.
Maintain daily production & wastage records.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
Comply with restaurant's grooming and safety standards.
