Head, Institutional Sales and Payment Partnerships (DGM)
Job Purpose:
Overall management & Development of the Institutional sales portfolio for the organisation; including but not limited to Corporate Sale, Gifting Business, IRCTC, Payment Partnerships, Out-door Catering/Food Trucks, Kiosk/Shop-in-shop and more.
Job description:
- Overall responsibility for the direction, strategic development, performance and maintenance of the sales activities of the function.
- Meet function targets and those of the team as a whole
- Ensuring 100% compliance of SOPs/Processes and functional audits.
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
- Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them.
- Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keep executive committee members apprised of the progress.
- Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors' changes.
- Building strong relationships with top clients.
- Managing internal stakeholders for smooth functioning.
Candidate Profile :
Qualification - MBA degree- Management Degree Holder
Experience - 12-15 years' experience in the Sales field in FMCG/Retail/Services Industry.
