Key Responsibilities
:
Assist in the preparation of food according to recipes and standards.
Help in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Follow health and safety regulations while handling food and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Support senior chefs in preparing meals for the restaurant or hotel guests.
Participate in menu planning, ingredient selection, and food presentation.
Assist in inventory management and stock checking.
Ensure that the food storage procedures are followed correctly to prevent contamination.
Maintain consistency and quality in food production.
Participate in training sessions and learning new cooking techniques.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
